Our larger pieces, including the freestanding storage benches and portable tool chests, ship via heavy freight. The carrier will coordinate a curbside delivery window with you directly.

Most items ship fully assembled. Our Adirondack chairs require minimal, heavy-duty bolt assembly with included solid brass hardware.
We guarantee our heavy-gauge steel and weather-cured resins against structural failure, cracking, or rusting through. If a joint or latch fails, we ship replacement parts immediately.
